    工作简介🧑🏽‍🍳:

    朱麟勇教授的研究一直聚焦于光化学与生物医用材料,特别是,在“光化学方法构建生物医用材料”方向的研究逐步形成特色。他提出光触发反应耦合,实施非自由基光调控交联的创新机制🫃🏿,由此推动医用光敏生物胶领先技术的临床转化;提出人工合成生色团的荧光蛋白的构建,创制高特异、高亮度、从蓝光至近红外光发射任意调控的系列荧光探针,成功应用于蛋白的荧光成像🧏🏽‍♀️、定量以及相互作用等实时动态研究;提出 “可控光剪切” 的新机制🐸,创制高差异性光控药物释放体系,达到高度选择性杀死肿瘤细胞的目的;提出借助双光子等上转换手段,实施近红外光诱导“光剪切”化学反应🏡🤘🏼,实现组织深穿透🧑🏻‍🌾、“适时”🥃、“适地”🤹、“适量”地精确控制肿瘤药物释放⇾。这些成果开拓了光化学方法解决生命与医学中重要问题的新方向,充分体现“光”的可视与可控的独特优势👨🏿‍🌾。以上研究工作先后在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem.Int. Ed.⇢、Adv. Mater.等学术期刊上发表,获得了国际同行的认同和高度评价,所建立的方法被多个国际知名研究组跟踪🫖、沿用。
